Remember when I told you that I was having a hard time with my son deciding he was too old for trick or treating? Join me in a crochet Spooky Scavenger Hunt to help me brighten my Spirits (see what I did there 👻👻).

The Spooky Scavenger Hunt is a fun and interactive way for you to explore some of the amazing patterns and tutorials on my website while hunting for the hidden entry form. I’ll break down all the details below!

Each day, you’ll not only get a chance to enter some exciting giveaways, but you’ll also discover the unique stitches, techniques, and methods Spotted Horse Design Co. has to offer. While your main goal might be finding that entry form for a prize, I’m sure you’ll stumble upon plenty of creative inspiration along the way!

What is the Spooky Scavenger Hunt?

The Spooky Scavenger Hunt is 7 days of excitement starting on October 25th (Friday) and ending on October 31, 2024 (Halloween 👻🎃).

Here’s how the scavenger hunt works: Every day at 7am EST, I’ll post a new image on the main event post along with 4 links. Each of these links will take you to a page with the daily image, but only one will lead you to the entry form.

Your mission is simple: Find the featured photo on the blogs, click it, and follow the link that takes you to the entry form. Once you fill out the form, you’re entered into the giveaway for that day!

You’ll have 24 hours to complete the hunt before the next day’s image and new links are posted. Once you’ve entered for the day, I hope you take a moment to enjoy the content—maybe learn a new stitch, try a fresh pattern, or discover something new about your favorite crochet designer (hint: that’s me 😉).

Every day, everyone who finds the featured image will receive a fun little prize!
In addition to the daily prizes, I’ll be drawing a lucky winner each day who will win a free lifetime membership to Spotted Horse Design Co.!
But that’s not all—during the entire scavenger hunt, I’ll be hosting a Grand Prize Giveaway! The grand prize winner will take home a $50 gift card to Lion Brand, a special gift box from Spotted Horse Design Co., and a free lifetime membership. (Please note: the grand prize is open to residents of the USA or Canada only.)

How do you win?

At the start of each new day, just before I post the next photo and links, I’ll choose the previous day’s winner and announce their name on this event post.

Since I’m in the Eastern time zone, you may not see the winner’s name right at 7am your time, depending on where you’re located. But don’t worry! If you’re the winner, you’ll receive an email from me with all the details on how to claim your prize.
